RELIABILITY
Compared to incumbent polymer films, LCP film delivers greater moisture resistance, greater thermal stability, and overall improved environmental performance, critical for high frequency, high precision devices. Materials such as polyimide have lower moisture resistance which could lead to performance degradation, especially at higher frequencies. Additionally, environmental regulations do not impact LCP.
